We are seeking an experienced AI Expert to oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and software development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. They will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

  • Team Management: To lead, manage, and oversee a team of AI Engineers, guiding them on technical knowledge, project management, execution, problem-solving, and establishing communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Work and engage relevant stakeholders in managing and seeing through projects from start to end.
  • AI Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Data Management: Collect, pre-process, and analyze large datasets to train and validate AI models.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and implement best practices to enhance our AI capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We require:

  • Educational qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a relevant field.
  • At least 4-5 years' work experience with AI/ML projects.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 2-3 AI Engineers.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
