Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality Chinese language instruction to preschool children, incorporating core subjects and enrichment activities.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and adapting instruction to meet individual needs.
  • Design and develop an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum for children aged 18 months to 6 years, incorporating core subjects and enrichment activities.
  • Ensure the curriculum promotes intellectual growth, creativity, curiosity, and confidence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in these fields is highly preferred.
  • L2 certified or equivalent, and as approved by ECDA.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Chinese to preschool children, specifically within the Singapore early childhood educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
