Job Title: Business Strategy and Financial Planning Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical insights to support strategic and financial decision-making within the Credit Cards and Personal Loans division. This includes forecasting financial performance, returns on investment, and optimization of balance sheet items such as impairments and non-interest income.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement is essential.

The role will also involve reviewing and analysing return on assets (ROA) and leverage outcomes, as well as tracking optimisation progress across different markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecasting and planning: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Analytical insights: Provide regular analytical insights to support strategic and financial decision-making, including identifying areas of opportunity and risk.
  • Process ownership: Own and manage key processes related to forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
