Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in sustainability and project management?

We are seeking an experienced Chief Sustainability Project Manager to lead our efforts in driving sustainable development across the organization.

Job Description

As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for implementing internal project management and governance processes within the sustainability portfolio. This includes managing regional and market-level sustainability initiatives, allocating budget and resources, ensuring timely delivery, clear objectives, and measurable outcomes.

You will also be responsible for leading the implementation of a sustainability project dashboard to monitor and communicate project progress, KPIs, and impact. Additionally, you will promote strong project management practices within the sustainability function through knowledge sharing and best practices.

The role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data, numbers, and quantitative models. You should have commercial acumen to connect sustainability initiatives with business outcomes.

Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools is an advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience across a broad range of sustainability topics, ideally within retail, real estate, supply chain, or consulting sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage or support complex, cross-functional projects, including PMO functions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data, numbers, and quantitative models.
