About the Role

The Ad Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in overseeing all operational aspects of campaign management for leading broadcasters, media companies, and premium video publishers. This position involves coordinating creative, trafficking, reporting, and billing needs for clients using the service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop and implement digital advertising campaigns across different platforms like video, mobile, and CTV. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Enforce naming conventions and targeting for digital campaigns.
  • Ad Trafficking & Optimization: Gather trafficking requirements for smooth campaign execution. Perform ad trafficking and quality assurance to ensure compliance with platform specifications. Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPM, and ROI. Conduct A/B testing strategies to enhance ad campaign performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions. Generate performance reports and present findings to stakeholders. Work with the product team to develop advanced reporting dashboards.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate across sales, product, engineering, and technical communication teams to align ad operations with overall business objectives. Provide mentorship and training to junior team members as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing, video/mobile advertising, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in ad tech platforms like Google Ad Manager, Adobe, Ad Exchange, Xandr, Freewheel, DMPs, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for campaign optimization.
  • Knowledge of Video Ad tech platforms and protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
