About the Role

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Plan and support the launch of consumer-facing promotions to drive business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with business teams to analyze data insights, develop sound business cases, and provide recommendations on promotion mechanics to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop strategic plans and calendars to optimize efficiency in driving sales growth, with regular tracking of sales performance and ability to make key decisions to pivot and optimize promotions accordingly.
  • Work closely with external creative agencies or internal designers to conceptualize and develop innovative promotional materials, supporting the end-to-end campaign execution process.
  • Plan and optimize monthly and quarterly promotions calendars based on insights and performance of the promotions, providing recommendations on promotion mechanics and flighting strategies.
  • Ensure that promotion mechanics are set up, tested, and displayed correctly, maintaining content accuracy and ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system readiness to deliver campaign requirements, conduct user-testing for promotion systems, and address any technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects independently, demonstrating a keen eye for details, and oversee project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder approvals effectively.
  • Monitor campaign performance using various metrics, prepare post-campaign analysis, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about competitors' promotions to maintain a competitive edge, identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings and stay ahead in the market.
  • Handle administrative matters related to campaigns, including gift and voucher management, appeals management, procurement, and budget tracking, ensuring smooth operations and efficient resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • A strong desire to learn and grow professionally, coupled with a drive to succeed.
  • Excellent business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing or promotion marketing is preferred, but not essential.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within deadlines and budgets, demonstrating solid project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and consumer trends, understanding customer behavior and translating it into actionable inputs for marketing promotions.
  • Portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of marketing concepts and processes, with a proven track record of launching successful programs that contribute to revenue growth.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to challenge status quo, take calculated risks, and drive innovation.
  • Copywriting, communication, and critical thinking skills are highly valued.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a keen eye for numbers and a focus on precision.
