Job Title: Civil Infrastructure Development Specialist

Job Description:

  • Coordinate site planning and construction project activities to ensure timely completion, compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  • Assist in implementing project operations, adhering to ISO 9001; 14001; 45001 standards, documented procedures, client requirements and regulatory compliances.
  • Monitor the progress of structural works and update Progress Reports.
  • Support commissioning including coordination of structural engineering activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation of inspection forms and follow-up inspections from RE teams.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and clients for effective project delivery.
  • Work under the guidance of Safety Officers to ensure compliance with safety requirements, regulatory and industry standards during construction phases.
  • Ensure that works adhere to quality procedures and meet standard workmanship requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering (recognized by relevant authorities).
  • At least 3 years of local experience in Construction industry; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project records and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
