Chief IAM Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer with a strong technical background to join our Cybersecurity Resilience team. As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing enterprise-class IAM systems that align with the organization's risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement proof-of-value/proof-of-concept, build and deploy enterprise-class IAM systems
- Identify and recommend improvement areas in existing architecture to address evolving cybersecurity threats
- Align business requirements with IAM and IT requirements based on the organization's risk appetite
- Develop integrated security operating models and documentations to ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Proven hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and operationalizing IAM security solutions, with a focus on Identity Management using tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and PingOne/Ping Federate
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts for both on-premises and cloud environments
- Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps practices and CI/CD tools
