Senior Officer, Mortgage Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Officer to join our Mortgage Relations Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating customers' Housing Loans accounts, preparing and inputting customers' Housing Loans repricing for Credit Approval, and conducting customers' loan redemption interviews.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate customers' Housing Loans accounts to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Prepare and input customers' Housing Loans repricing for Credit Approval, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct customers' loan redemption interviews to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Support ad-hoc assignment & administration works as required.
- Fresh graduates or Diploma holders with 2 or 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and communicate with people at various levels.
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work under pressure to produce accurate results to meet deadlines.
- A team player with a dedication to provide quality performance and speed on execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
