About the Role:

  • This is a senior-level project management position responsible for overseeing large-scale building projects in Singapore.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in project management, with a strong background in civil engineering and construction.
  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or higher is required, and candidates with tender management experience will be given preference.
  • Additional responsibilities include reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and providing technical solutions to site offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vet all technical documentation as required under terms.
  • Distribute approved drawings to relevant parties.
  • Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical solutions to site offices.
  • Obtain necessary approvals before site installation dates.
  • Attend progress meetings, technical meetings, and coordination meetings.
  • Support tender submittals when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or higher.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in project management in building projects in Singapore.
  • Tender management experience an added advantage.
  • Experience in reviewing structural, architectural, and M&E technical drawings preferred.
  • Some design coordination experience desired.
  • Candidate must be detail-oriented.
  • Strong writing, presentation skills, planning, and documentation.
  • Good networking within the construction industry.

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
