Genomics Cloud Software Engineer


We are seeking an exceptional software engineer to join our Cloud Platform Team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cloud computing, distributed systems, and software engineering principles. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud applications using .NET framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality distributed cloud software applications to manage, analyze, and interpret Next Generation DNA Sequencing (NGS) data.
  • Evaluate and implement suitable alternatives for Private Cloud deployments.
  • Develop and maintain .NET based microservices.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement efficient solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements:
  • Experience in cloud computing platforms such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google GCP.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with .NET Core, C# or other object-oriented languages.
  • Building and consuming REST APIs.
  • RDBMS such as AWS-RDS, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Message Queues (AWS-SQS, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar).
