We're seeking an experienced professional to provide on-site technical support for fiber network operations. As a Senior Fiber Network Specialist, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and restoring circuit faults, splicing, terminating, patching, and testing fiber cables, as well as coordinating and communicating with stakeholders and vendors.

Our ideal candidate has strong time management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize daily responsibilities effectively. If you have a background in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in fiber network operations or field support roles, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Provide technical support for fiber network operations, including fault troubleshooting and circuit restoration
  • Perform fiber splicing, termination, patching, and testing
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and vendors

Key requirements include:

  • Nitec in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in fiber network operations or field support roles
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize daily responsibilities effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, contributing effectively as part of a team
