Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

The primary responsibility of the Financial Operations Coordinator is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our organization's financial data. This role encompasses various aspects of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Key duties involve preparing and submitting quarterly GST filings, generating monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheet, as well as assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes. Additionally, this position requires preparing payment vouchers, issuing invoices, and handling receipts, while also liaising with suppliers and subcontractors regarding invoices and payment matters.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with relevant experience in accounting. Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB and Xero is necessary, as is working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational and administrative skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
