Content Creator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and brand expression, with the ability to create engaging content that connects with our target audience.

This role involves working closely with our Brand Manager to develop and execute content strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing. You will be responsible for planning and executing core brand assets, such as product KV, brand decks, video storyboards, digital banners, and marketing toolkits.

  • Support the development of core brand content by assisting in the planning and execution of key brand assets.
  • Collaborate with internal design teams or external agencies to ensure high-quality creative delivery.
  • Maintain brand asset libraries and content documentation.

You will also be responsible for planning and executing owned content on Instagram, Facebook, and our website, including drafting engaging social media copy and collaborating with designers to deliver content on time and on-brand.

  • Track and optimize content performance, summarizing insights regularly.

Social Media Engagement & Brand Voice Maintenance

  • Help manage day-to-day community engagement by responding to DMs, comments, and mentions.
  • Monitor user feedback, social listening signals, and competitor content for inspiration and insight.
  • Identify UGC (user-generated content) or customer stories worth amplifying.
  • Support small-scale KOL outreach and content collaboration when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, brand communications, or social media.
  • Strong English writing skills - clear, creative, and audience-sensitive.
  • Familiarity with Western social platforms (especially Instagram & Facebook) and digital content trends.
  • Strong sense of visual quality and brand alignment.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple content projects, strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
  • Bonus: experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, Figma, Notion, or similar tools.
