In this pivotal role, we seek an exceptionally skilled 3D rendering and spatial planning expert to spearhead the creation of high-quality visualizations and AutoCAD drawings. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of dimensionality, material accuracy, and efficient project execution.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and take charge of producing intricate 3D renders and precise AutoCAD drawings. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative 3D visualization solutions that meet client expectations
• Utilize expertise in AutoCAD to create accurate and detailed drawings
• Collaborate with contractors to evaluate dimensions and provide guidance on fabrication
• Prioritize tasks and manage installation sequence to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, and 3D StudioMax is highly advantageous
• A strong portfolio showcasing 2D & 3D design skills and experience in commercial spaces and private residential projects (condominium and landed properties)
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with CAD software and drawing tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
