Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test to join our Cloud Video Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing our cloud-based video processing platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track, analyze, and conduct troubleshooting via online and offline channels to identify optimization strategies and tactics.
  • Participate in planning and building our Quality System (QS) to ensure standardization of service quality.
  • Communicate with users to identify needs and expectations, and collaborate with product management, R&D, and service teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure standardization of service quality by providing supporting data.
  • Take a holistic approach to optimize established technical support mechanisms and our QS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to constant changes and challenges.
  • Good knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong experience in troubleshooting with critical problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and communicates effectively with all levels within the organization.
  • Related working experience is highly desirable.
