Job Responsibilities:

An integral role as a recruiter involves fulfilling clients' staffing needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling full spectrum recruitment and talent acquisition matters.
  • Conducting interviews and phone screenings to select potential candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Developing connections and new business relationships with existing accounts.
  • Networking and building relationships with business partners and jobseekers.
  • Ensuring company goals and KPIs are met.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum diploma or degree.
  • Entry-level to experienced consultants welcome (multiple positions).
  • Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • CEI certification would be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive personality willing to work and achieve goals in a team.
