Job Title: Senior Technical Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical professional to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring, installing and supporting our product suite and associated interfaces as required. You will work closely with customers to ensure contractual service expectations are exceeded, including the entry, tracking and management of all incoming support calls.

Additionally, you will provide end-user training, quality control and testing to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entry, tracking and management of all incoming support calls.
  • Provide end-user training, quality control and testing.
Requirements:
  • Adept in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Customer focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-driven individual with problem-solving skills and self-direction.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
