Human Resources Executive

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at REALTEK SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about HR and wants to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of HR duties, including ensuring compliance with local labour regulations, planning and participating in recruitment events and corporate events, executing learning programs, and arranging business travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations;
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations;
  • Plan and participate in recruitment events, corporate events, and other activities that promote the company's brand and culture;
  • Execute learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
  • Arrange business travel, including air ticket booking, hotel accommodation, and local transportation;
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on office operations and recruitment activities;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong educational background in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, excellent knowledge of MOM law regulations, Employment Act, and employment practices in Singapore, and proficient in MS Office. Additionally, you must possess good working attitude, honesty, and integrity. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese associates. This role is open to Singaporeans and SPR only.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration;
  • Good knowledge of MOM law regulations, Employment Act, and employment practices in Singapore;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
Salary Range

The salary for this role is estimated to be SGD 8,000 - SGD 12,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
