Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our Asia-Pacific team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business performance, offering thought leadership, and applying analytical frameworks to enhance the financial performance of the business.

This is a key leadership role that requires an agile, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of regional healthcare markets, regulatory environments, and go-to-market strategies for new markets.

About the Role

This senior finance leader will work closely with the head of the Heart Recovery business in Asia-Pacific and support a business with significant growth potential.

The role is focused on driving business performance, offering thought leadership, and applying analytical frameworks to enhance the financial performance of the business.

The ideal candidate will have strong finance expertise, experience managing finance and go-to-market strategies across multiple Asian countries, and knowledge of healthcare policies, reimbursement systems, and regulatory compliance in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, aligning with the global Heart Recovery strategy and local market requirements.
  2. Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and guidance.
  3. Support go-to-market strategies for markets including financial considerations, local compliance, reimbursement policies, and healthcare provider engagement.
  4. Provide financial insights to optimize market entry, product launch strategies, and growth initiatives in a complex regulatory landscape.
  5. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, regional financial standards, and internal policies.
Requirements
  • Strong finance expertise with professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, CA, and/or an MBA.
  • Experience managing finance and go-to-market strategies across multiple Asian countries.
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies, reimbursement systems, and regulatory compliance in the region.
  • Proven track record in supporting successful market entry strategies and navigating local cultural and business practices.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for senior leadership.
