Graduation Operations Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the successful planning and execution of graduation ceremonies. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Assist in the coordination and planning of graduation ceremonies, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Oversee the Graduation Registration Counter, handling admission cards, guest tickets, payments, and daily settlements efficiently.
  • Prepare all necessary logistical items for graduation ceremonies, guaranteeing their timely availability.
  • Monitor and manage the status of graduation gown collection/return, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming enquiries via email or phone calls, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm, exceeding expectations at every interaction.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred, with training provided as needed.
  • Must be detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree, reflecting a strong foundation in relevant studies.
  • Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with customers and team members.
