Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior / Staff Nurse to join our team at the 24-hour Medical Urgency Clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver high-quality patient care through effective care management, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of our patients.
  • To identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions and organizational guidelines to improve patient outcomes and ensure the safety of patients and staff.
  • To perform triage using the Singapore 4-points Patient Acuity Category Scale (PACs) and determine the clinical urgency of each patient.
  • To participate in action plans to enhance employee engagement and performance within the unit.
  • To contribute to departmental/hospital projects focused on quality improvement and other initiatives.
Requirements
  • A minimum Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • An advanced Diploma or Post-basic qualification in Emergency Nursing or equivalent is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a tertiary hospital.
  • A meticulous and analytical team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work rotating shifts.
