Software Innovation Lead

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software architectures that drive innovation and meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software development projects.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Engage in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to code reviews and ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages, with a preference for C#.
  • Strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining asynchronous .NET applications.
  • Experience with front-end technologies and/or front-end frameworks, such as Angular and React.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Self-driven with excellent communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated willingness to teach others and learn new technologies.
  • Capability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
