Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Professional to join our team at HITCHVA PTE. LTD.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide front desk support to the General Office, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
  • Manage administrative duties, including handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM - 4:15 PM, inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break.

Fridays: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM, inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break.

No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.

Location: Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road), Singapore 309919.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is SGD $35,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
