Key Account Management Executive

HAWKSFORD SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Management Executive to manage a portfolio of clients with business in different sectors.
The estimated salary for this role is SGD 5,000 - 6,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis is an opportunity to be the main point of contact and coordinate between clients, third-party vendors, authorities, and colleagues. The candidate will be directly involved in company set up, provision of corporate services, accounting, tax, and visa/immigration advisory services among others.
- Handle full suite of incorporation & business support services for clients
- Manage & upkeep excellent client relationships
- Coordinate and complete clients' requests by working closely with colleagues
- Ensure that clients' assignments are completed in a timely manner
- Frequent communication with clients via face-to-face meetings, video conference, emails, or phone calls
- Involvement in business development activities
- Ad-hoc projects on client management and business development
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting, audit, and taxation advisory. Proficiency in written/spoken English is required, with added advantage for proficiency in European languages.
A degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related studies is preferred. The candidate should also possess good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Proficiency in written/spoken English
- Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
The successful candidate will be well-mannered and have excellent interpersonal skills. He/she should be able to work well under pressure and possess a can-do attitude with good time management skills. Ability to work well both independently and in teams is essential.
