This is a critical role within our team where you will oversee revenue recognition and credit control for the Asia region.
The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and managing revenue recognition policies, reviewing revenue-related documents, and developing credit management policies to minimize risk and optimize cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and managing revenue recognition policies in line with group policies and US GAAP standards.
- Reviewing revenue-related documents to ensure accuracy and timely recording.
- Supporting commercial teams to structure deals that align with company objectives.
- Developing and implementing credit management policies to minimize risk and optimize cash flow.
- Leading the AR/RR team through formal and informal leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business, or relevant professional qualifications.
- At least 7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on revenue recognition and credit management.
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, particularly regarding revenue recognition.
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM software.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
