Global Derivatives Market Technical Specialist

As a Trading Support Professional, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides top-notch support to clients worldwide.
Our team is responsible for resolving problems for trading applications and exchange connectivity in Global Derivatives Markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to client requests and enquiries.
- Monitor and respond to critical system and infrastructure alerts, resolving issues where possible.
- Support customers with order management, risk management, market data, and exchange connectivity issues.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex order and trade histories.
- Work with new customers to deploy and configure trading applications.
- Manage software enhancements and upgrades.
- Test and conform new software releases with exchanges and software engineers.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team on server and network upgrade projects.
- Liaise with overseas offices for seamless 24-hour customer support.
- A Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical degree.
- Experience with low-latency and algorithmic trading strategies is beneficial.
- Effective communication skills are necessary to convey ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with major global derivative's exchanges and exchange protocols is an advantage.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills using tools like telnet, tcpdump, or ncat are useful.
