Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals, including triage duties, patient registration, medication dispensing, and billing operations. Additionally, they will assist with appointment scheduling, housekeeping tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE N/O level, NITEC, Higher Nitec in any discipline or Diploma holders
  • Prior healthcare/customer service experience is an added advantage
  • Good command of spoken English
  • Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
