Job Description
A reservations and instant services coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that guests have a seamless experience at our hotel. The position involves managing internal and external calls, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting teamwork and quality service.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a reservations and instant services coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication with guests, colleagues, and third-party vendors. You will also be required to process requests, resolve issues, and provide recommendations to guests based on their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all internal and external calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Manage guest communications, including responding to emails, voicemails, and messages.
  • Process requests for reservations, cancellations, revisions, and information updates.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and policies.
  • Upsell rooms and services where possible to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the operational team to ensure excellent quality and service.

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Opera Property Management System.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
