Production Support Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Support Analyst to join our team on a 1-year contract. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SQL and Linux, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

This role involves working closely with the development team to perform system health checks, support application recovery, and handle production-related tasks. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Unix commands, SQL queries, and Java J2EE applications. Experience in working with web applications, batch jobs, and job scheduling is also highly desirable. In addition, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
