Key Responsibilities
  • Provide massage services listed in our spa brochure, including but not limited to:
    • Deep Tissue Massage
    • Medical Massage
    • Reflexology
  • Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized spa facility, including:
    • Setting up spa and work stations
    • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the shift
  • Assist with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.
  • Sterilize equipment to maintain a high level of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Accompany guests to and from treatment rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Consult with customers to identify appropriate massage services, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records and file documentation, including:
    • Client information
    • Treatment details
  • Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations, including:
    • Health and safety protocols
    • Sanitation and hygiene procedures
Requirements
  • Minimally a secondary education certificate (SPM or N' levels)
  • Singapore Massage Certificate (advantage)
  • Experience in providing massage services (advantage)
  • Training will be provided for those who do not have experience
