Leading Retail Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Store Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of retail operations. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • P&L Owner: Meet sales targets by leading, managing, and mentoring a team of sales associates.
  • Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Set and achieve sales targets while maximizing profitability, train and motivate sales associates to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels, implement inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies and losses.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Sales Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales performance and market trends to develop strategies for increasing revenue, prepare and present regular reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics to management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques, proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
