Join Our Sustainable Energy Initiative

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team in developing innovative renewable energy solutions for impoverished communities in Peru. Our mission is to empower local communities to take control of their energy needs, promoting sustainable development and a better future.

As a volunteer with our organization, you will play a vital role in co-managing our groundbreaking clean energy initiatives. Your tasks will include designing innovative renewable energy solutions, implementing enhancements to existing systems, and collaborating directly with our Director of Renewable Energy and Renewable Energy Supervisor to manage project budgets.

Our team is committed to forging a path towards sustainability through environmental, educational, infrastructure, and socio-economic initiatives. We work hand-in-hand with local communities and passionate international interns like you to arrive at a sustainable solution.

Some of our accomplishments so far include the installation of a 13.04 kWp Microgrid in Justo Pastor, Nazca, giving this isolated community access to energy for the first time, establishing an energy committee and empowering them to maintain and grow their system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design innovative renewable energy solutions and implement enhancements to existing systems
  • Collaborate directly with our Director of Renewable Energy and Renewable Energy Supervisor to manage project budgets
  • Contribute to the hands-on installation work and maintenance of projects, ensuring their long-term success and sustainability

Requirements:
