About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Trade Operations team, driving process improvements and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations. As Vice President, Structured Trade Operations and Controls, you will be responsible for managing the Onboarding team and overseeing static maintenance to meet Service Level Agreements. Your exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations will be paramount in providing risk-mitigated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Onboarding team, ensuring all tasks are completed as per SLA
- Escalate and resolve complex issues with risk mitigation
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
- Perform other responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing a team
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in the banking industry
- Relevant experience in Onboarding teams is an advantage
- Self-starter with ability to contribute to process improvements
- Reliable, committed, and able to work independently as well as a team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, manage workload balance, and work under pressure
- Ability to work overtime
- Meticulous and diligent with an eye for detail
- Display analytical and problem-solving skills
