Coding Educator Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled coding instructor to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of coders.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to lead our coding classes and provide students with a comprehensive understanding of programming concepts.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Evaluation of student performance through various methods such as assessments, projects, and coding exercises is crucial. Providing detailed, constructive feedback helps students improve and succeed.
- Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective communication with parents is vital. This includes guidelines on discussing student progress, addressing concerns, and providing updates in a professional and supportive manner.
- Administrative duties such as creating and maintaining class schedules, generating reports on student progress and instructor performance, and keeping accurate records of student enrollment and attendance are essential. Efficient administrative processes support the smooth operation of the educational program.
- A degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics & Electrical Engineering is required.
- Prior experience in teaching is highly valued but not necessary.
