We are seeking a strategic and proactive leader to oversee our business continuity planning efforts. This role is critical in ensuring the resilience and reliability of our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks and leading cross-functional initiatives to prepare for and respond to disruptions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Risk Identification:
  • Proactively identify and assess key risks across our operations, including suppliers, manufacturing, and logistics.
Mitigation Planning:
  • Collaborate with functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Mitigation Testing:
  • Plan, conduct, and debrief mock exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans.
Redundancy Assessment:
  • Evaluate operational redundancy to ensure continuity during disruptions.
Investment Prioritization:
  • Lead the prioritization of investments and initiatives that strengthen the BCP program and overall resilience.
Risk Notification Management:
  • Oversee the risk notification process, ensuring timely and accurate communication of potential or actual disruptions.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications during disruptions.
Audit Support:
  • Support customer audits and inquiries related to business continuity and risk management practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or risk management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or BCP-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, risk management frameworks, and business continuity planning.
  • Experience with risk assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to operational continuity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
