We are seeking an experienced and skilled Travel Consultant to support our organisation's objectives. As a key professional in our travel department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all clients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client travel needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Conduct research on destinations, travel options, pricing, requirements, advisories, and reviews.
  • Prepare and present trip proposals and quotations based on client requests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate travel arrangements from start to finish.
  • Provide clients with essential travel documents and information.
  • Lead tours and handle client relationships onsite and overseas.
  • Address any unexpected issues or concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of client interactions.
  • Foster strong relationships with key contacts and points of contact.
  • Work collaboratively with departments to manage billing and administration.
