Job Title: Field Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, video intercom, and access control systems.

  • Install, configure, and test security systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with electricians on wiring and network planning to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Troubleshoot and perform hands-on work with small gadgets, identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Conduct sales presentations for our products, showcasing their features and benefits to customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in engineering field, preferably in security systems installation and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Familiarity with electronic security products, including CCTV, video intercom, and access control systems.
  • Knowledge of sustainable development principles and practices, with a focus on minimizing environmental impact.
  • Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
