**Job Title:** Senior Engineering Project Coordinator

">About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Project Coordinator to oversee the preparation, scheduling, coordination, and supervision of assigned engineering projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, or electrical work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of projects;
  • Manage project teams, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives;
  • Conduct quality control assessments and implement corrective measures as needed;
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, man-hour allocation, and resource planning;
  • Foster effective communication with stakeholders, including regular project status updates;
  • Identify potential crises, create contingency plans, and manage project changes effectively;
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction (civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, or electrical work);
  • Degree in engineering, architecture, or building science;
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and requirements;
  • Proficient in MS Office and skilled in preparing PowerPoint presentations;
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
