We are seeking an exceptional Senior Quant Developer to join our high-performance production environments. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to craft innovative solutions used by millions across Southeast Asia and beyond.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, with expertise in C++ and Python. Experience with High-Frequency Trading (HFT) is highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for collaboration with Chinese-speaking team members and business trips/team building in China when required.

Your responsibilities will include developing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that powers next-generation applications. You will also work closely with top-tier teams across functions to deliver products that exceed business goals and compliance standards. Ensuring seamless rollouts of new features and products from testing to deployment is another critical aspect of this role.

To succeed in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Agile or Scrum methodologies are a plus, and you should be able to multitask, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. A Mid-Senior level professional with a strong track record of delivering results under pressure would be an excellent fit for this role.
