Job Title: Finance Manager

Refract Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee the accounting and financial operations across multiple subsidiaries. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the group's financial stability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day and month-end financial and accounting operations within the group.
  • Drive value within the business through margin enhancement, lowering costs, and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, balance sheet activities, etc.
  • Execute accurate reporting such as monthly and quarterly management reporting, to analyze options and make financial recommendations.
  • Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.
  • Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory financial requirements and accounting policies by constantly keeping up to date with existing and new legislation.
  • Manage relationships with bankers, auditors, and tax authorities.
  • Strengthen current internal control and process improvement.
  • Manage a team of finance executives to manage all accounting procedures for account results.

Requirements:

  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
  • Commercial and business acumen.
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator, who can clearly articulate ideas and information to stakeholders both at a highly technical and layman level.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet task deadlines.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 4-6 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
  • Experience using accounting software such as SAP or XERO.

Bonus:

  • Experience working in a gaming or technology industry.
  • CPA certification.
