Route Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a Route Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the daily delivery and collection of inbound/outbound shipments, performing on-road audits and submitting shipping documents, and ensuring cash/cheque collections for all COD/COP shipments are turned in daily.
Responsibilities- Daily delivery and collection of packages island-wide
- Perform on-road audit & submission of shipping documents
- Ensure cash/cheque collections for all COD/COP shipments are turned in daily
- Identify any service-related concerns and recommend solutions to immediate supervisor
- Provide Sales Lead
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Class 3 driving license and have preferably familiarized yourself with Singapore roads. You should also be able to carry and lower packages up to 35kg from rollers/conveyors and pallets to your vehicle.
You will work 5.5 days a week and must be willing to climb up and down flights of stairs to enter/exit customer premises. Secondary education or equivalent is preferred, and you should be able to speak and write Basic English to liaise with English-speaking customers.
Able-bodied with a pleasant disposition and courteous attitude, you enjoy meeting with customers and are unable to drive home company vehicles; willing to work extra hours when needed.
