Job Title: Pet Care Liaison

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Client Support Specialist.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics and partners to deliver exceptional client care.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, handling all client communication and correspondence with professionalism and empathy.
    • Develop effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
    • Create engaging content (social media posts, visuals) that aligns with our values of compassion and dignity.
    • Support business development initiatives and outreach to new partners, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
    • Assist with events, workshops, or seminars with partners to promote our services and build strong relationships.
    • Prepare reports on marketing, partnership, and outreach performance to inform business decisions.
    • Provide outstanding client support, including attending to pet families with professionalism and empathy, assisting in collection and handling of pets with care and respect, and supporting cremation service coordination and client follow-up.
    • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent client experience.
    Requirements:
    • Compassionate, respectful, and comfortable working in an environment involving pet aftercare.
    • Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
    • Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
