As a Workshop Team Leader at People Profilers, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to deliver exceptional vehicle service and repair for commercial vehicles. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard, on time, and with excellent productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and guide a team of technicians to perform vehicle service and repair with a focus on quality, turnaround time, and productivity.
  • Ensure that all repair work meets the required standards to minimize comeback jobs.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems using electronic diagnostic tools, identify defects, and implement repair actions and parts requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on repair status to supervisors.
  • Conduct test drives on vehicles after repair when necessary.
  • Oversee the use of spares on contract vehicles and ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping requirements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service personnel to provide quotations for repair work.
Requirements:
  • NITEC in Automotive Engineering or relevant certification with valid Class 3 & 4.
  • Relevant experience of 1-2 years in automotive repair and technical service, including the use of diagnostic tools, warranty administration, and technical investigation.
  • Ability to understand electrical drawings and proficiency in MS Office skills.
  • Results-oriented, team player, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with half-day Saturdays, and pick-up from Tuas Crescent MRT.
