Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage urgent, time-sensitive global shipments of aircraft parts for aviation customers.

This is a challenging role requiring strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in logistics is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and activate import/export shipments via email for AOG emergencies.
  • Manage air freight export operations, from cargo confirmation to final dispatch.
  • Liaise effectively with Sales Teams, Customers, and Overseas Offices via email and phone.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Uphold operational safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times.

  • Experience in logistics, specifically in air freight export operations.
