Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development and Sales to lead our Healthcare Sales Department in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Market Strategy and Development:
  • Conduct market analysis and trend forecasting to inform sales strategy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive growth.
  • Align sales strategies with overall company objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach.
  • Develop and execute tactical sales plans.
  • Focus on meeting short-term sales goals and targets.
Team Management and Development:
  • Hire and develop sales personnel to drive growth.
  • Create and maintain a high-performance sales culture that rewards innovation and excellence.
  • Implement performance metrics and evaluation to measure team success.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews.
Customer Relationship Development and Marketing:
  • Manage key accounts and resolve escalated customer issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Savvy in both B2B marketing and B2C marketing, including digital and omnichannel marketing.
Financial Management:
  • Manage the overall sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Forecast revenue and set pricing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Report sales performance to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in healthcare sales, with at least 10 years in a managerial role. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  2. Proven track record of sales leadership and revenue growth to bring in revenue of SGD $5 billion or MYR $15 billion (min).
  3. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to demonstrate an understanding of the overall business strategy and be able to develop sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  4. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams. A competitive salary package, including a base salary of SGD $200,000 - SGD $300,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits, will be offered to the successful candidate.
