**Key Responsibilities:**

* Stay informed on key market indicators such as the Baltic Index, fuel costs, and insurance expenses to ensure accurate market insights.
* Conduct and deliver comprehensive analysis on Market Supply & Demand, utilizing collected data to inform decision-making.
* Maintain, update, and enhance the Freight Matrix for distribution to clients, ensuring they have the most current and accurate information.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of various models and innovative products related to international trade and shipping demand.
* Support senior team members in creating impactful presentations for key clients, playing a vital role in client engagement.
* Provide general assistance to the Dry Market Analysis team and brokers with a variety of ad-hoc analytical requests.

**Requirements:**

* Diploma / Degree in the Maritime Business, Data Science or equivalent
* Preferably min 2 years working experience in the Shipping / Analysis field
* Capable of staying composed and delivering results under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Excellent client management/relationship building skills
* Excellent communication and outspoken
* Computer literacy (Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Able to work independently
