Job Title: Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to fill a key position in our organization.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial affairs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and maintaining compliance with all legislative tax and financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Provide management reports on a monthly and yearly basis, as well as audit schedules to senior management.
  • Costing Reports: Handle costing reports of all outlets on a monthly basis and prepare any additional reports as requested.
  • Inter-Company Transactions: Ensure inter-company transactions are accurately recorded and tallied among multiple business units.
  • GST Submission: Prepare and review quarterly GST submissions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner, and maintain compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting policies and requirements.
  • External Liaison: Liaise with external auditors as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience handling full set accounts, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Software Skills: Advanced MS Excel, Word, and accounting software skills preferred.
  • Attitude: Positive working attitude and strong communication skills.

Note: Other duties may be assigned by management as needed.
