We are seeking a highly vigilant and customer-focused Passenger and Baggage Screening Officer to join our team at Changi Airport. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough security screening checks for air travellers and their belongings, while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct security screening checks for passengers and their belongings at designated zones
  • Perform manual bag checks and utilize security screening equipment for screening purposes
  • Screen checked-in luggage for prohibited items using X-ray technology
  • Assist with access control duties at the terminals
  • Screen passengers and their hand-held luggage for prohibited items before boarding the aircraft
Working Conditions

As a Passenger and Baggage Screening Officer, you will work a 12-hour shift, with a rotating schedule that includes 4 days of work and 2 days off, or 5 days of work and 1 day off. You will also have the opportunity to work permanent day or night shifts.
