Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting jewellery products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers receive tailored advice and support throughout their shopping experience.
  • Jewellery Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, including gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship.
  • Product Promotion: Promote jewellery products effectively, highlighting features, benefits, and value to customers.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a tidy and well-organized store display, showcasing jewellery products in an attractive and appealing manner.
Requirements
